Biker arrested in assault

BOSTON—A Providence man, police suspect is a member of Hell’s Angels, was arrested after an attack in Boston.
Russell Miller Jr., 21, is accused of beating a 28-year-old man from Belmont, Mass.
Police are calling Miller an outlaw biker. They say they recovered a blood soaked hammer and an open switchblade.
The victim suffered serious head injuries. Police also arrested a second suspect in the assault.
