A federal jury has found a former Cranston Radio Shack clerk guilty Friday of credit card fraud.
Robert Valerio is accused of helping a former Rhode Island Hospital security guard obtain fraudulent credit card accounts.
The guard, Michael Bermudez, has pleaded guilty in the scheme.
According to investigators, Bermudez stole identities of dozens of patients at the emergency room.
He used the information to open credit card accounts and buy cell phones which he sold to people.
