Providence Mayor David Cicilline announced that the Bay Colony Dog Show is coming to Rhode Island.
The dog show dates back nearly 100 years. Since 1911, it’s been held in Boston but in December of 2009, the four-day dog show will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center—bringing with it 8,000 show competitors and 20,000 spectators and vendors.
