You may remember that Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Almond and Providence Mayor Vincent Cianci never really got along.
Today on Flashback, we show you an illustration of why they did not get along. It might be because when Almond was U.S. Attorney, he spent a great deal of time investigating corruption in the Cianci administration.
One example came 21 years ago on Nov.17, 1987.
