NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The "NBC10 WEDDING CONTEST" (the "Contest") is sponsored by Media General Operations, Inc. d/b/a WJAR-TV NBC10 ("WJAR") and the following prize suppliers ("Prize Suppliers"): West Valley Inn, Party Dress Express, MRT Jewelers, Carl Anthony Tuxedo, A Bride's Day, Sweet Indulgences and Calma Salon & Day Spa (together with WJAR referred to as "Sponsors"). Contest begins on December 17, 2012 and ends on February 1, 2013 ("Contest Period"). Entry deadline is January 13, 2013. Judging to select the winner ("Winning Couple") will take place on or about January 26, 2013. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, Winning Couple will be announced on February 1, 2013, or within a reasonable time thereafter. Unless otherwise noted, the term "You" as used in these Official Rules refers collectively to the individual who submits an entry in this Contest and to that person's fiancé/fiancée ("Partner"). By entering, You agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors and Contest Judges (as defined below), which are final and binding in all respects. Noncompliance with, or violation of, these Official Rules may result in disqualification in WJAR's sole discretion. Void where prohibited.

I. INTRODUCTION

WJAR is offering one (1) Grand Prize consisting of an assortment of gift certificates redeemable for wedding-related goods and services (as more fully described below). Winning Couple will be selected by a panel of independent judges ("Contest Judges") from the entrant couples (each an "Entrant Couple") based upon both their entry materials and their in-person interviews during the "Casting Call" (see below). PLEASE NOTE: Before entering, You should read these Official Rules in their entirety. Generally, however, please note that if selected as the Winning Couple, You must be willing, among other things, to submit to a background check and to be interviewed on camera by WJAR on such dates and at such locations as it determines in its discretion. In addition, Winning Couple will be responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes incurred as a result of the acceptance of the Grand Prize.

II. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to enter this Contest, both You and Your Partner must satisfy all of the following requirements as of December 17, 2012 and through-out the Contest Period:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old;
• You must be a legal resident of either Rhode Island or Bristol County, Massachusetts;
• You must have been engaged to be Lawfully Married to each other for at least one month prior to December 17, 2012 (the term "Lawfully Married" shall include couples (regardless of gender) who intend to unite in a commitment ceremony and the term "Wedding" shall include commitment ceremony);
• You must not have been Lawfully Married to each other previously;
• You must remain engaged to each other throughout the Contest Period;
• You must not be an employee of Media General, Inc., WJAR, West Valley Inn, Party Dress Express, MRT Jewelers, Carl Anthony Tuxedo, A Bride's Day, Sweet Indulgences or Calma Salon & Day Spa or any other contributing wedding partner organization(s), or of their respective parents, subsidiaries, joint venture companies, advertising or promotion agencies or an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child or sibling) or household member (whether or not related) of any of their employees;
• You must be of good moral character;
• You must not have been previously convicted of a crime of any nature (other than moving violations of a misdemeanor type that did not involve personal injury, drugs or alcohol);
• You must have nothing in Your background that would be an embarrassment to WJAR, as determined by WJAR in its sole discretion;
• You must not be an elected official;
• You must not currently be running for any political office (local, state or federal); and
• You must be willing to undergo a background check and to sign forms authorizing the release of personal and background information to WJAR for that purpose if You are selected as the Winning Couple.

III. ENTRY PERIOD (12/17/12 - 1/13/13)

Entries will be accepted beginning on December 17, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ending on January 13, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Entry Period"). Entries will only be accepted online. To enter, You must complete each of the following steps:

• Visit www.turnto10.com, keyword "WEDDING" (hereinafter the "Contest Page") to complete an Official Entry Form with names, addresses, telephone numbers (main and alternate), dates of birth, and e-mail addresses of both You and Your Partner;
• Upload a photograph ("Photo") of You and Your Partner;
• Answer each of the following essay questions in five hundred (500) words or less per answer (each an "Essay Answer") and remember, creativity counts! Tell us a story, write us a poem, just plain entertain us!
• When did You meet and how long have You been together?
• How did You meet?
• When did You get engaged?
• How did You get engaged?
• Why should You be selected as the Winning Couple?

Your Official Entry Form, Essay Answers and Photo (collectively Your "Entry Materials" or Your "Entry") (a) must be submitted together; (b) must satisfy the "Submission Requirements" below, and (c) must be received by WJAR no later than January 13, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET. WJAR will not accept screen shots as proof of entry. WJAR's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.

Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant Couple and per e-mail address. In the event it determines that multiple Entries have been received from any Entrant Couple and/or e-mail address, WJAR reserves the right to void all such additional Entries. All Entries must include a valid e-mail address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, garbled, corrupted, or late for any reason are void and will not be accepted. All Entries become the property of WJAR and may not be acknowledged or returned.

Submission Requirements. All Entry Materials must:

• Be original and created solely by You and not include any text, content, photos, material or other images that are not originally taken or created by You, including any commercial portrait or other copyrighted Photos;
• May not be digitally altered or enhanced (as to Photos), except that they may be cropped and rotated as necessary;
• May not contain any watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices;
• Be unpublished and not previously or currently submitted in any other competition;
• Must not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or rights of privacy and publicity;
• Be truthful and accurate;
• Must not libel, defame, disparage, or slander any third party or infringe on or violate any rights of any third party; and
• Comply with the Terms of Use of the Contest Page, including without limitation, the terms and conditions regarding user-generated content.

Warranty/Indemnification.

By submitting an Entry, You and Your Partner hereby warrant that (a) You both have agreed to enter this Contest, (b) Your Entry Materials are original to You (i.e., were taken and/or created solely by You), do not violate any copyright laws, do not plagiarize, libel, defame, disparage, slander or otherwise infringe on or violate the rights of any third parties, and otherwise comply with these Official Rules and the Terms of Use for the Contest Page, (c) You have obtained all necessary and appropriate approvals or consents from all persons and entities required for Your submission of the Entry Materials, if any; and (d) You have read and understood these Official Rules. By entering, You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated organizations, and their respective officers, directors, employees (collectively the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of any kind that relate to or arise out of Your breach of these Official Rules or any warranties required of You to participate in this Contest.

Limitation of Liability.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, postage-due, illegible, mutilated, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for Entries or Entry Materials that for any reason are not received by WJAR by the deadline stated above.

License.

By submitting Entry Materials and except where prohibited, You grant Sponsors a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, broadcast, rebroadcast and exploit such Entry Materials in Contest-related promotions, in any media now or hereafter discovered. ??Privacy. The information that You provide through the Contest Page in connection with the Contest may be used by WJAR in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is found at http://www2.turnto10.com/terms-and-conditions/ and which may be updated from time to time.

IV. CASTING CALL (1/26/13)

All Entrant Couples must attend the mandatory Casting Call together on or about January 26, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. ET at the West Valley Inn, 4 Blossom Street, West Warwick, RI, to remain eligible for consideration in the Contest. The Casting Call will be conducted by a panel of Contest Judges consisting of local members of the business community. You must check in with WJAR staff at West Valley Inn no later than 8:00 a.m. ET on January 26, 2013. Failure to do so may result in Your disqualification, in WJAR’s sole discretion.

Subject to verification of proper entry, all Entrant Couples will be interviewed (each an "Interview") by the Contest Judges, who will judge each Entrant Couple based on both its Entry Materials and Interviews in accordance with the following equally weighted criteria:

• The uniqueness of the Entrant Couple's history and background (how and when they met and became engaged, their relationship with family and friends, etc.);
• The personality of the Entrant Couple, both individually and as a couple;
• The ability of the Entrant Couple to articulate their story;
• The interaction of the Entrant Couple with each other; and
• The demonstrated strength of the Entrant Couple's commitment.

Subject to verification of eligibility, the Entrant Couple who receives the highest score will be declared the Winning Couple. In the event of any tie for the Winning Couple, the tied Entrant Couples will be ranked based on a final interview by the Contest Judges, based on the same criteria identified above. The decisions of the Contest Judges are final and Entrant Couples agree to be bound by these decisions.

V. VERIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNING COUPLE

WJAR will notify the Winning Couple either in person during the Casting Call or in accordance with the information on their Official Entry Form. Winning Couple may be asked to provide WJAR with valid identification (valid government-issued photo ID showing current name and address) and may be required to execute affidavits or declarations of eligibility, liability releases, publicity releases (where legal), tax forms and/or other legal documents (together with identification referred to as the "Verification Paperwork"). Winning Couple will be required to return the Verification Paperwork to WJAR within five (5) days of the date on the notification. WJAR, in its sole discretion, may allow transmission of some or all Verification Paperwork via fax. Winning Couple may also be required to sign other legal documents, including tax forms. Prize will be awarded in the names of Winning Couple, subject to applicable laws. In the event that any Winning Couple (a) cannot be contacted directly by WJAR within forty-eight (48) hours from initial attempted notification, (b) fails to satisfy any eligibility or verification requirement herein, (c) declines to accept the prize, (d) or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, WJAR in its discretion may disqualify that Winning Couple and the Entrant Couple with the next highest score from the Contest Judges will be declared the alternate Winning Couple. Any and all alternate Winning Couples are subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules. This process will be repeated as needed so long as time permits, until a Winning Couple is verified or no eligible Entrant Couples remain.??On or about February 1, 2013, subject to verification of ongoing eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, WJAR will announce the Winning Couple.

VI. WINNING COUPLE OBLIGATIONS

Winning Couple must be willing to fulfill the following promotional tasks, without additional compensation and in WJAR's sole discretion:

• To make themselves available, together, to be interviewed by WJAR at times, dates and locations selected by WJAR in its sole discretion (in person and by telephone);
• To appear live or on videotape on WJAR, together, between February 1, 2013 and August 31, 2013 (dates subject to change).
• To make themselves available, together, for an appearance on WJAR following their Wedding;
• To make themselves exclusively available to WJAR for all other publicity and promotion relating to the Contest and not to allow interviews relating to the Contest by other media outlets, including television, magazines, newspapers, radio, and Internet, unless authorized by WJAR;
• To be subject to individual background checks to verify eligibility and rule out any negative background that may reflect adversely on WJAR; and
• To sign any authorizations for the release of information relevant to such background checks.

You acknowledge and agree that WJAR is not required to promote or broadcast any materials depicting the Winning Couple and that its sole obligation to the Winning Couple is to award Grand Prize described below.

VII. PRIZE

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize consists of the following gift certificates, all of which must be used by the Winning Couple for their Wedding: Gift certificate redeemable for up to $4,500 towards wedding reception venue expenses at West Valley Inn, 4 Blossom Street, West Warwick, RI 02893; gift card redeemable for up to $1,000 towards one (1) item of ladies' wedding attire at Party Dress Express, 657 Quarry Street, Fall River, MA 02723; gift certificate redeemable for up to $2,500 towards wedding rings at MRT Jewelers, 927 Warren Ave., East Providence, RI 02914; gift certificate redeemable for up to $250 towards tuxedo rental at Carl Anthony Tuxedo, 1460 Park Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920; gift certificate redeemable for up to $1,495 towards videographer services and a gift certificate redeemable for up to $1,495 towards photographer services, both by A Bride's Day, 1099 Mendon Rd., Cumberland, RI 02864, a gift certificate redeemable for up to $1,500 towards a wedding cake at Sweet Indulgences and a gift certificate redeemable for up to $325 towards hair, makeup and spray tan services at Calma Salon & Day Spa. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $13,065.00.

Additional gift certificates or other prize components ("Additional Prize Elements") may be added in Sponsors' sole discretion. The Winning Couple is not required to accept any or all of such Additional Prize Elements. However, in the event that the Winning Couple does accept any such Additional Prize Elements, the ARV of the Grand Prize will be increased to reflect the value of the accepted Additional Prize Elements only. Any portion of the Grand Prize not used by Winning Couple is forfeit and Winning Couple will not be entitled to any alternative compensation or cash difference.

VIII. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

Unless otherwise provided by the relevant issuer, gift certificates cannot be applied to sales tax or to previous purchases or orders, are non-transferrable, and must be used in their entirety towards the Wedding. Any unused portion of gift certificates will be forfeit and the Winning Couple shall not be entitled to cash or other compensation difference for any unused amount. All gift certificates are subject to any additional restrictions or limitations imposed by the relevant Prize Supplier.

Winning Couple assumes sole responsibility for all costs associated with the prizes not explicitly outlined in these Official Rules, including but not limited to any and all federal, state and local income taxes and any costs or expenses with stated Prize Suppliers in excess of the face value of the individual gift certificates. IRS Form MISC-1099 will be issued to Wedding Couple in the amount of the Grand Prize.

Sponsors assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the safety or performance of any prize elements awarded hereunder or in connection with any warranty or representation therewith except as provided by manufacturer. No substitution or cash redemption of any prize or any element thereof is permitted except that WJAR may substitute prize or element of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Only those prizes described above will be provided by Sponsors. Any additional items shall be the sole responsibility of Winning Couple, unless Sponsors, in their sole discretion, provide otherwise. Other restrictions apply.

IX. MISCELLANEOUS

WJAR reserves the right to postpone or terminate the Contest or any component thereof, including without limitation, any part of the selection process, should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Contest as determined by WJAR in its sole discretion. In such an event, WJAR will select the Winning Couple from all non-suspect, properly submitted Entries, in accordance with the judging criteria and selection process set forth above and subject to verification of eligibility.

Sponsors are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of Entry information, for errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for errors in these Official Rules, for any human or electronic error, including but not limited to the administration of this Contest, receipt or use of any Prize, or for Entries or Entry Materials that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or postage due.

Any attempt by any participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the Contest Page or any other online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, WJAR reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. WJAR reserves the right to correct typographical or clerical errors in any Contest-related materials. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, WJAR reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes in accordance with the selection criteria previously stated herein from among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant Couples and/or Sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Rhode Island, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Rhode Island. If any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Official Rules, or the Contest cannot be otherwise resolved, it shall be resolved in the courts of Providence County, Rhode Island.

X. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use names, cities, states, likenesses and/or voice of the Winning Couple for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

XI. DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrant Couples and participants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Contest, including participation in the Entry Period or Casting Call or any Contest-related promotion activities, as well as the acceptance, use and enjoyment of any Prize. All Entrant Couples and participants release Sponsors and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any such liability. Sponsors and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to any participant’s or other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software. Sponsors and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries or Entry Materials in this Contest.

Winner's List will be available after February 7, 2013.
